United Media Croup ordered a service when the energy drink Burn from Coca Cola was launched. Actors distributed visiting cards with a phone number connected to a service at Voxway.

A service for boat/yatch owners. A member of a boat club can record anonymous tips to the owner of a boat when he or she suspects something.

Whisper game with SMS anv Voice

In a cooperation with More, Voxway delivered the phone solution in a campaign for Festis at Carlsberg. Participators received a coupon that could be exchanged to a Festis.

Users were called by Voxway and a slogan was played for them. The users were requested to send a SMS of what they heard together with a phone number to a friend. The friend was later called and the same message was play by a synthetic voice. The same procedure was then repeated again.

Quick voting for Bonniers

Bonnier Group had an international conference with hundreds of participants where some polls were to be made and where the results was to be presented for each nationality separately.

Voxway designed a IVR service for voting. By analyzing the country code of the a-number the votes coult be presented in real-time for each nationality separately on a web site without any other equipment than a ordinary mobile phene and no other instructions given than the number to dial

Samlerhuset: Tidernas norska mynt

The Norwegian Samlerhuset - a site for philatelists and coin collectors - launched a campaign designed by More Mobile Relations where the most popular Norwegian coin was to be voted for.

After a flash movie and the voting the visitor could participate in a quiz to winn a peace of gold. To get information about the questions in the quiz the visitor could enter his phone number and get called "by the quiz moderator" on the screen. In reality it was Voxways IVR system that made the call - in synchony with the flashmovie.

Trafiken.nu

Trafiken.nu is a website with traffic information in Stockholm and 3 other regions in Sweden. Voxway won the procurement 2005 among 20 other companies regarding an IVR system that fetches traffic information from the site and reads the information aloud using TTS.

Not only the online traffic information in presented to the user, but also possible notifications when something special has happened in the traffic situation. In fact trafiken.nu has the possibility to change the prompts in the dialogue dynamically as well as the content.

The Swedish national organisation for the visually impaired (SRF) wants to make their website available via voice in a phone call.

With a phonecall people can hear the content of the website read out by a synthetic voice. The text is delivered by SRF's supplier VoiceCorp who automatically parses the webpage and sends the content to Voxway.

Automatic phone interviews

KI (Karolinska institutet) wanted to perform an investigation about the impact of the influenza in 2006/2007. Postal polls are expensive to perform and many of the respondents could have difficulties handeling the paperwork.

The most effective and comfortable way to gather the information was by calling the respondents. A service was developed where the respondents were called from an IVR system according to a certain schedule. The respondent could identify himself, answer the questions or re-schedule the call to a later time.

Systembolagets monopolanalys

Systembolaget consulted Forsman & Bodenfors to launch a nation wide information campaign about the Swedish liquer monopoly. F&B ordered an IVR service from Voxway in order to reach a broad audience in a new and creative manner.

Participants could answer a couple of questions on the web or in a phone call (by using their own voice). The answers were analyzed and the CEO of Systembolaget called back and informed the participant in accordance with his or her answers.

Before the campaign 50% of the Swedish population judged the monopoly as positive. After the campeign 58% did so.

Eminenta customer satisfaction survey

Eminenta performs prepurchase inspections of houses. After a inspection they want to ask the customer about their service. This is done with a text-to-speech (TTS) IVR service from Voxway. By using TTS, the questions in the survey can be changed from time to time to refine the questionnaire without any new recordings needed.

Eminenta sends a web request with info about whom to call. Voxway automatically calls (and recalls if needed) the person and performs the survey over the telephone. The results are immediately reported back to Eminenta.

Bonniers korsordstidningar is a set of agazines specializing in cross words, Soduku and other games. Sometimes an entry in these magazines is misspelled or incorrect. The correct version is then published on their website. This works for most readers, but many readers are not used to the Internet or unable to connect for the moment. With Lurofonen - a prank call service for Aspiro - callers have been able to call their friends and pretend to be someone else since the launch in 2002.

A caller can choose between several prerecorded groups of sound files, dial the number to a friend and playing back the sound files by pressing the buttons on the phone.

The call can also be recorded and played back on request.

Aftonbladet Chatalias

The Swedish paper Aftonbladet offerts their readers to register and pay for a chat service. A solution from Inpoc (Aspiro) was selected where the payment is made through Voxways system.

Registrer a Chattname at Aftonbladet Chatregistrering. You will get an email with instructions to call a premium rate number and enter a code. Call from Sweden 0939-2040404 (99 sek for a 3 months registration) or 0939-2040405 (200 sek for a 12 months registration).

Goyada Refill

Goyada sells solutions to refill prepaid phone cards for mobile phones. One problem with prepayd cards is that you need credit on them in order to make a phone call. And the ways to put monney into the prepaid card are limited.

Goyada solved the problem by letting customers call into a toll-free number with transfer to our IRV-system. The service asks about PIN code and lets you buy a refill that will come as an SMS to your phone. If you are not a registrered user, you may even register in the same call. With this service a reader of the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet can leave his or her answer on many competitions shown in the paper by calling a premium rate number, costs 5-10 sek. The administrator can see all statistics and given answers on a website in order to pick winners.

Svenska Dagbladet Crossword

Svenska dagbladet (SvD) wanted to offer their readers the most comfortable way to leave the answer of the weekly crossword. Wit a IVR-solution, the readers dont have to rip the paper apart and the news desk does not need to handle all incomming post.

Voxways service offers the reader to call apremium rate number at a cost of 5 sek (less than a stamp) and enter a code for the answer as well as contact information. The administrator of the competition can easily log on to a website and see the winner.

The Swedish TV6-series "Mitt i nyllet" launched its program by a mobile marketing campaign from the agency R.U.T.H. where visitors could send prank SMSes to friends.

In the SMS the reciever was asked to call a toll free number to get more information adjusted to the content of the SMS.

Skoda Karaoke

Skoda's agency DDB (Stockholm) created a campaign for the Eurovision Song contest where participants were able to sing Karaoke

In order to let as many as possible participate and not being dependent on knowledge about or having access to a computer's microphone and speakers a telephony solution from Voxway was chosen.

The participant was asked on a flash campaign site to dial in to a toll number and enter a code. When the code was accepted the music started to play and the song was recorded via the phone syncronously with the text displayed on the site.

The recordings were saved and published on a website where visitors could vote for the best song. The winner was awarded a summer rental of a Skodacar

12Snap-Lokomobil (More) created a campaign for Telia with a competiotion where participants were to record their funnies "Hello". Patricipats could record their Hello on Voxway IVR-system. The recordings were posted to a webserver where people could vote on the best contribution. The winner was awarded with nice prices.

Telenor's Guldkantsgenerator

Telenor's agency Garberg launched a nation wide campaign where the every day communication between family members with the mobile phones was emphasized.

On a campaign site the visitor can select a every-day-message (like "Dont forget the milk"), the way the message should be presented (opera singer, gospel etc) and how it should be distributed (MMS, e-mail or phone call).

Voxway sent the messages marked for phone calls by calling the reipient and playing the selected message. In the call the callee could chose to recieve an SMS with information about who the sender was.

McDonalds Destiny's Child

12Snap-Lokomobil got the case to come up with a mobile marketing campaign for visitors of Swedish McDonald's. The visitors could participate in a funny quiz to win back stage tickets to concerts on Destiny's Childs Tour sponsored by McDonald's

By sending an SMS with a unique code written on the soda cup participants got a phone call and could answer questions asked by Beyoncé, Kelly och Michelle in Destiny's Child. This quiz is an example of Voxways SpeedQuiz where the answering time is meassured in milliseconds and where you get more questions the faster you answer. After the call the number of correct answers were told.

McDonald's were able to create a unique campaign that combined the essence of the sponsorship with interactivity, great sense of presense and a quick funny mobile competition. The competition engaged many more than traditional campaigns. Thousands of participants were called and many participated more than once.

Yogurt

A campaign together with More and Arla when the new product Yoggi Yalla was launched. Participators received a SMS-coupon that could be exchanged to a Yoggi at Seven Eleven stores.

Participators were called by Voxway and a slogan was played followed by a synthetic voice. A user could replay by enter a number to a friend and add a new text message. The friend was also called and received a coupon.

How do you want to sound in the mobile?

The Swedish virtual operator Spring offers mobile telephony with extra ordinary sound quality. Together with Mobeinto, a supplier of mobile solutions for Åkestam Holst a campaign was created in order to emphasize the sound quality.

Visitors could enter their mobile number on a campaign site in order to be called by an animated flash character.

Exactly when the participant picked up the phone, the beardy character on the screen started to speak with synchronous lip movements. In the beginning of the call the sound quality was deliberately poor (he was "speaking out of the beard"). Gradually the sound quality increased as the beard fell off and at the end of the call the sound quality was excellent.

Weather reports for private airmen

SMHI's mission is to manage and develop information on weather, water and climate that provides knowledge and advanced decision-making data for public services, the private sector and the general public.

In order to make last minute weather information available for private airmen, SMHI procured an IVR service from Voxway where text based weather reports are sent over FTP to Voxway's system. When a user calls the service he/she is able to select area of interest and hear an overview and/or detailed information about the local weather, read out by a synthetic voice.

The service was initially procured in 2003 and a similar solution in 2006 with competition from more than 10 companies.

IQ asked the Swedish people in order to solve the alcohol problems and announced a competition. Many answers and idéas came in from the web campaign site and from the messages left on an answering machine of a known person (actually it was an IVR system from Voxway)
