Voice xml and ccxml

We build our services in Voice XML, an W3C-standard (just like HTML) that defines the interaction between the user and a system over the telephone. Our platform also supports CCXML (Call Control XML) - a high level markup language for SIP telephony services. Because of the XML-format the content of our services can be generated at any web server and benefit from the integration possibilities web bases services have.

Ruby-on-rails

Thanks to voice xml development of voice services is in reality nothing else than plain web development. In order to be as productive as possible we have chosen Ruby-on-rails as our web framework. We used to work with Cold Fusion which is why we have a lot of knowledge also in this language. We can also work with ASP, ASP.NET(C#) and PHP should you want us to develop voice xml services in your production environment.
