Eminenta customer satisfaction surveyEminenta performs prepurchase inspections of houses. After a inspection they want to ask the customer about their service. This is done with a text-to-speech (TTS) IVR service from Voxway. By using TTS, the questions in the survey can be changed from time to time to refine the questionnaire without any new recordings needed. Eminenta sends a web request with info about whom to call. Voxway automatically calls (and recalls if needed) the person and performs the survey over the telephone. The results are immediately reported back to Eminenta. |
