With DTMF (Dual Tone Modified Frequency) users can interact and enter information into the system by pressing the keys on the telephone.

Sound file playback

Recorded sound files or music can be played back for the user. Our platform supports full duplex recording and play back as well as many other features such as in call volume, play back rate and play back length control.

Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is a technology to automatically understand spoken words. The user can enter information or change the behaviour of the service with his voice. The voice is the most natural communication interface, but an ASR service must be built with care and knowledge in order to be successful.

Sound file recording

Our platform supports full duplex recording of sound files. This means that what the user says can be recorded at the same time as the user listens to system output.

Transfer

Inbound calls can be transfered to a remote part. By using a bridged transfer the IVR-system keeps the control of the call even if the remote part hangs up.

Number identification

We can see who is calling (the a-number), the dialed number (b-number) and transfered number in our platform and use this information to build intuitive and user friendly services. With an IVR-service built by us the user wont be bothered with unnecessary questions.

Call initiation

We can initiate calls from the IVR-system by an external action such as a link on an webpage or a scheduled action. All call initiation attempts are monitored and new calls are autmatically re-scheduled in case of no-answer or busy.

Phone Conference calls

We can offer custom made phone conference services with monitoring facilities and possibility to let the IVR-system be part of the conference. We build these services with unmatched time to market thanks to the CCXML (Call Control XML) functionality in our platform.
