Deal

  1. Necessity analysis
    Together we will try to understand what you really need in terms of ivr and web solutions to end up with a requirement specification. We usually don't bill you for this initial step. And if your needs are somewhere else than by us that's fine also. We know you will come back when you need our services.
  2. Agreement and price
    Starting with the requirement specification we'll generate a quotation or an agreement proposal. The business model can be adjusted to your needs but you would normally pay the development, a monthly hosting cost and a minute cost. The total price thus differs depending on what you need and how much it is used, but in many cases the monthly cost is less than € 500 (vat excluded, depreciations included).
  3. Development
    During the development that usually takes 1-2 weeks we work closely together with the customers technical team or partner. Integration tests are designed and performed together and requests for changes are - in limited extent - welcome during this phase without any impact on the development cost.
  4. Service delivery and launch
    After delivery approval, the service is in production and the (second line) support is activated. You will get instructions for the support process and an username and password needed to access the billing and statistics module where many parameters of your service also can be controlled. Of course you will also get the number your service can be reached on and we will help you to set up any number services such as toll free numbers, premium rate numbers, shared cost numbers etc.
  5. Regular follow-ups
    We like to have a close contact with our customers and we are anxious to keep the services as useful as possible. Some adjustments are included in the monthly support cost. Other changes may require some additional development cost.
